Due to long term operation of heavy machinery (presses, drop hammers etc.) it often occurs, that voids/cavern are formed under their foundations as a result of the long term vibrations and/or groundwater flow, which washes away the fine grained soil. All this results in non-stability of the equipment.

These problems can be efficiently solved by grouting technologies, most often with combination of methods of micropiling and undergrouting of the foundations (filling out of caverns and voids).

The method of foundation of machinery on micropiles is suitable also for newly installed machines.
