Church remediation - Hodejovec, Slovakia

The church, built in 1740, showed a series of defects - defects in foundations, wet walls due to missing horizontal insulation, cracks in the walls.

Within the remediation works undergrouting of the foundations was performed in order to strengthen the foundations and subsoil, and also prevent moisture rising into the masonry. Polyurethane resin GEOPUR was used as a grouting medium.

Cracks in the masonry were repaired using the technology of reinforced grouting.
